Mark is the overseeing National Account Manager at NetVendor and brings his love of business efficiency, customer convenience, and competent service to help both our office and our customers have a better overall experience. He has been involved with NetVendor in an advisory capacity for 10 years, and joined the team in 2019 to help serve our national community of property managers and expand into other tangential markets.
Mark has worked as an account manager for the past 18 years with ABC Doula Service, a service business providing care for new families that he runs with his wife of 25 years. Now that he has joined the team at NetVendor he brings his love of providing amazing customer service to both simplify and streamline the experience for everyone involved. He is an out of the box thinker and challenger of the status quo, offering innovative solutions, served up with a side of kindness and humor. He thrives on challenge, and does his best work in that environment, and if you get the chance to meet he and Anthony together, you will see their wit and charm emerge!
Mark resides in Phoenix, AZ, with his wife and 2 teenagers. In his off time he enjoys the sunny, year-round outdoor lifestyle, hiking, climbing, tennis, and being with Jesus.
Shannon is the Transitions Manager at NetVendor, helping new partners become familiar and comfortable with the vendor compliance process. Being the main point of contact for many accounts, Shannon’s priority is helping the property management companies with a wide range of requests and needs. She is a Property and Casualty licensed insurance agent and is well versed in risk management.
Shannon is an Army veteran who brings integrity, loyalty and leadership to the NetVendor team. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and dog when not at work.
Shane is our Vice President of Sales and Operations. Shane brought his outgoing and dynamic personality to the NetVendor family in 2013. His focus is in developing and maintaining positive relationships with our partners. Shane has 19 years of sales and leadership experience. He has also spent 15 years volunteering his time in the local community coaching football, basketball and baseball.
In his spare time, Shane enjoys traveling, being out on the water and telling funny stories. Shane brags about the fact he gets to see his NetVendor family every day, and he always has a spare hug to give out.
Alan is currently HR Director, payroll manager and assists in all corporate tax related issues, and is a Co-founder of NetVendor. Prior to NetVendor, Alan was a practicing financial planner with 2 large insurance companies, still maintains the Certified Financial Planners (CFP®) certification, and has held an insurance license since 1986.
Alan has two grown children and just became a new granddad. Preparing for the potential rigorous activities of a new grandson, Alan goes to the gym several times per week and enjoys following all sports and recreation. Alan still says “…there’s no better place to be than at NetVendor every day!”
Anthony is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of NetVendor, LLC. He launched NetVendor, LLC, in 2009 to provide a more vendor-centric risk management solution that had the premier technology and blend of customer service in the industry. From it’s foundation, Anthony worked with a team of people to assist in all facets of any company, seed, start-up, growth, expansion, and maturity. Anthony worked diligently with the programming team to bring fruition to his vision.
Anthony brings over 20 years of leadership to NetVendor filling the following roles at various companies that are tangential to the vendor insurance tracking process: Property & Casualty Underwriting Manager at Fireman’s Fund, Safeco, and CGU-North Pacific, Insurance Agent, Owner and Operator of a service business in the property management industry, and various online software companies.
In his free time, he enjoys his family, church family, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Rena joined the NetVendor team in 2012. She started in customer service working with our vendors and insurance agents, helping in all aspects of the compliance process. Prior to her time at NetVendor, Rena has almost 10 years as a property manager and 5 years as a vendor. In 2012 she became a licensed insurance agent and currently works as our Document Processing Manager.
In Rena’s free time she enjoys being with her family, traveling, and being outdoors.
Scott joined NetVendor as CTO in early 2017. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Business (B.S.B.) in the area of Computer Information Systems from Murray State University in 2001. Scott oversees all technical matters for NetVendor including engineering, operations, management, and support.
Since joining NetVendor Scott has been able to foster tremendous growth for the NetVendor platform while at the same time increasing its overall efficiency and expanding its operational capabilities. Scott loves creating elegant solutions for complex problems with ambiguous requirements. Through this process the NetVendor platform is constantly evolving and becoming a core part of the way property management companies handle their vendor credentialing and compliance requirements in today’s modern world.
When not working, Scott enjoys listening to music, reading, and general tomfoolery.
